Collection method of common specimen
- Skin specimen:firstly disinfect the diseased position with 75% alcohol ,select the moving edge of the lesion , and scrape the epidermal dander with a blunt scalpel
- Hair :detection of the brittle and loose hair from the root of the disease hair
- Sputum:take the morning sputum, if take the expectoration,it must brush your teeth on an empty stomach to disinfect your mouth
- Vaginal secretions:use a long cotton sterilized swab, collect the white false membrane at the posterior vault of the vagina and cervix
